How to Use
- Assemble: Fix the winder to the base plate with the two screws (do not install backwards).
- Install stands: Attach the thread stand and spool stud to the base plate and tighten the nuts. The short spool stud should align horizontally with the tension disk; the tall thread stand should align with the START/STOP buttons.
- Thread path: Place thread on the spool stud. Pass through the guide rod, into the small side hole of the tension disks, then clockwise between the disks (wrap twice). Insert thread end through the bobbin hole.
- Wind: Put the empty bobbin on the short spool stud, wrap thread 3–4 turns clockwise, press START. Press STOP anytime; the winder auto-stops when full. Pull out the bobbin and use the built-in cutter.
Adjustments & Tips
- Sensor alignment (for fit/auto-stop issues): Turn the screw on the sensor plate so the edge of the bobbin lines up with the midpoint of the two black sensors.
- Tension (for uneven winding): Turn the tension knob right/left to increase/decrease thread tension.
